About Me

With over 20 years of experience building high performing teams, leading complex multi-faceted operations and programmes, designing innovative strategic solutions and delivering transformational change. I have applied “Leading with Intent” to a global portfolio of work that includes private, public, Inter-Governmental, military and not-for-profit organisations in a range of sectors.
From natural disasters to conflict zones, the heat of the desert to the cold of the polar regions, I have supported and led high performing teams that have achieved ambitious and challenging goals under the most demanding circumstances.
I am used to dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity, looking at the big picture while also seeing the detail, maximising value from constrained resources, facilitating inter-agency collaboration, resolving conflict and managing competing priorities, all while building and maintaining momentum towards achieving goals.
